Your tasks
- Triage and professional care and support of emergency patients in the interdisciplinary emergency team
- Leading the shift with all associated organizational and administrative tasks
- Accurate and complete nursing documentation in the clinical information system as well as billing of the services provided
- Assistance with medical therapies and application of plaster casts
- Professional support of the department at night if needed
- Option to engage as a trainer in the supervision and promotion of our nursing trainees (FaGe and HF)
Your profile
- Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF with professional experience in the acute sector
- Preferably with further training in emergency care / ÜWP or several years of experience in emergency care
- Committed, responsible personality with keen observation skills and high empathy
- Structured, goal- and solution-oriented working style in the interprofessional treatment team
- High resilience
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork and continuous development
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
- Enjoyment in promoting junior staff
