In this environment, content marketing is not about surface-level storytelling, but about translating complex industrial processes into clear, structured, and credible communication.This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a content marketing function and further establish it as a structured, strategically driven discipline with clear business impact.You will play a key role in shaping how technical expertise is communicated globally and how content contributes to business impact.To strengthen our global marketing capabilities, we are looking for a Head of Content Marketing to join our Process Analytics Division. In this role, you will lead an international team and work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and marketing stakeholders across regions. You will operate in a complex, matrix environment where proactive ownership, persistence, and the ability to navigate technical topics are critical for success.As Head of Content Marketing, you will be responsible for the following activities:Develop and execute a forward-looking content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.Further develop the content marketing function into a proactive, strategically driven organization with clear business impact.Lead, mentor, and further develop an international content team (5 direct reports), fostering ownership and accountability.Create and oversee impactful, clearly structured, and visually engaging content across formats such as videos, articles, web content, guides, and whitepapers.Translate complex technical topics into compelling and accessible narratives for technically sophisticated audiences.Act as a central interface between Product Management, Industry Teams, and Marketing, ensuring alignment and consistent messaging.Collaborate closely with outbound and web marketing teams to integrate content into broader marketing campaigns.Proactively engage with technical stakeholders to extract insights and drive continuous content generation.Leverage AI and modern content tools to optimize workflows, messaging, and performance analysis, including evolving SEO and AEO requirements.Define KPIs and continuously improve content effectiveness through data-driven insights and performance tracking.
