Physiotherapist (m/f/d) – Unsolicited Application
Location: Germany
Scope: Part-time or Full-time
About us
For over 55 years, the international brand Kieser has stood for health-oriented strength training – evidence-based, effective and clearly structured. With over 170 own and franchise studios worldwide, we pursue one goal: to make people capable, healthy and self-determined through targeted strengthening of the musculoskeletal system – at any age.
Kieser Physiotherapy
Kieser Physiotherapy is an independent and integral part of our brand. Our physiotherapy practice is based on the Kieser Method and combines active rehabilitation with medical strength training.
Your mission:
In the course of further expansion of our physiotherapy in Germany, we are continuously pleased to receive unsolicited applications for Kieser Physiotherapy.
As part of our physio team, you combine evidence-based physiotherapy with the subsequent recommendation to transfer patients directly into active training at a Kieser studio. You think therapy forward, strengthen self-efficacy and help people take responsibility for their health. You will work in the physiotherapy practice, which is still being developed and offers room for professional development and co-design.
The professional focus is in the areas of MSK, orthopaedics and sports physiotherapy. The equipment in our physiotherapy practice includes modern treatment rooms as well as a functional basic KGG setup with direct connection to a Kieser studio – designed for high-quality, everyday-relevant therapy. This is complemented by a transfer and small equipment zone. Both statutory and privately insured patients are treated.
What you achieve
- Accompany rather than just treat: From structured assessment through active, cause-oriented therapy to independent training – step by step, at the right pace.
- Explain clearly & motivate: You create knowledge, trust and movement – through clear communication.
- Therapise according to needs: You work independently and purposefully in line with the individual needs of our patients and find effective solutions for symptom treatment.
- Co-design & think along: You contribute ideas and help us develop processes, workflows and offers in the field of physiotherapy.
- Make progress visible: You set realistic goals and reflect on successes – together with the team and the patients.
- Connect therapy & training: You work closely with the studio team and contribute to the transition to independent training in the studio
What to expect from us
- Therapy & training under one roof: Evidence-based, well coordinated and sustainable – with a focus on cause-oriented work and real progress.
- Modern infrastructure & clear methods: Structured processes, sufficient time for patients and a professional environment that enables quality.
- Team spirit & culture: Appreciative, supportive working environment with an open informal culture and flat hierarchies – complemented by 30 days’ holiday per calendar year (full-time), flexible working hours within independent appointment scheduling with clients, no weekend work and a centrally located workplace with good transport connections.
- Co-design & development: A manageable team, short decision-making paths and real scope for design – you actively contribute to the further development of the physiotherapy practice and its processes.
- Targeted further development & benefits: Support for your professional training, training days as well as access to corporate benefits and other employee advantages.
- Health & prevention: Free Kieser training subscription in all studios as well as an attractive company pension scheme with voluntary employer contribution after the probationary period through:
- From 30 hours per week: €40 monthly voluntary employer contribution
- 20–29 hours per week: €20 monthly voluntary employer contribution
- Additionally, we increase your own contribution by 15% within the statutory employer share. You decide whether your company pension scheme is designed classically or opportunity-oriented (e.g. with ETF-based investment options). This gives you a real advantage over purely private provision: Our voluntary contribution directly strengthens your pension – in addition to your own savings contribution.
What defines you
You want to really make a difference with your work – for your patients and for your professional environment. You believe in the potential of health-oriented training, education and self-responsible health promotion. In doing so, you bring not only professional knowledge but also:
- A recognised qualification as a physiotherapist (m/f/d) with MT training; KGG desirable. Interest in evidence-based physiotherapy and targeted strength training.
- Structured, independent working style as well as willingness to take professional responsibility and act solution-oriented.
- High intrinsic motivation to accompany patients sustainably, combined with enthusiasm for the profession and openness to further development.
- An open, empathetic manner and the ability to communicate clearly and solution-oriented as well as very good German skills (at least C1) – additional languages such as English or French are an advantage.
- You act reliably, contribute your experience purposefully, use evidence-based methods and approach tasks with commitment and solution orientation.
- In our team, commitment, mutual support and respectful interaction count; enthusiasm for the work, courage for clear positions and openness to new things are important to us.
