• You take on nursing tasks in basic care

• You recognize changes and needs of the residents and respond appropriately to them
• Active participation in nursing reports, team meetings, and internal training

• Training as a nursing assistant (PA, AGS) or equivalent training (SRK nursing assistant)
• You enjoy working with elderly people and respect their dignity and self-determination
• You show interest and appreciation in working with our residents, clients, and staff
• You have good German language skills (at least level B1)
• You are curious and want to engage in a varied range of tasks
• You are helpful, reliable, and quickly integrate into an existing team
