A HES Nurse 80% on a 3-month fixed-term contract

Your tasks

Assessments, advice and support for various clients
Health control nursing care
Coordination of interventions with the planning team
Hygiene and comfort care (help with washing, help with mobility)
Supervision and monitoring of auxiliary staff
Transmission of information to various stakeholders, updating of files
Interdisciplinary cooperation with health insurance funds, doctors, hospitals, etc.
Participation in meetings
Regular on-call service

Your profile

HES nursing diploma or equivalent with Red Cross recognition and right to practice
At least 2 years of experience in home care
Ability to organize independently and flexibility
Sense of responsibility
Knowledge and administrative management of OPAS and Swiss RAI-HC
Proficiency in IT and mobile tools
Driver's license and residence in the Geneva region
