Seniorencare 24 AG (=seniorencare24) offers 24-hour care at home. seniorencare24 is part of the healthcare sector knechtcare, which encompasses the health activities of the Knecht Group.

The need for 24-hour care at home is increasing, and for the next growth phase, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who will seize this opportunity with energy and strategic foresight.

• You will lead the company into the next growth phase with a clear focus on significant revenue increase through gaining market share
• You will take over the operational overall management of seniorencare24 with corresponding P&L responsibility and report directly to the group management or the board of directors
• You will consistently implement the scalable growth strategy and identify additional revenue potentials
• You will position seniorencare24 as the quality leader in the market and actively represent the company externally with referrers, partners, at professional events and
  trade fairs
• You will build long-term relationships with Spitex organizations, hospitals, medical networks, and other referrers and maintain them systematically
• You will lead and develop a high-performance team in a goal-oriented manner and create a corporate culture that promotes personal responsibility, innovation, and growth
• You will take on a role model function also in operational business and support your team in demanding consulting and sales situations, even on the front line
• You are responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards towards our clients and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Completed studies (higher vocational training, FH/university), ideally with a business or health-specific focus as well as experience in the healthcare sector in Switzerland
• Proven success in building or scaling a business area
• Strong analytical skills, a doer personality, and structured thinking that develops professional implementation possibilities
• Network in the Swiss healthcare system (hospitals, Spitex, medical networks, cantons)
• Very good German language skills
