• Professional leadership and support of the service team in the sanitary and heating sector
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of daily service assignments
• Execution of service, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting work on sanitary and heating systems
• Support with complex technical faults as well as commissioning

• Preparation of offers, reports and technical documentation

• Completed training as a sanitary installer EFZ or heating installer EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in the service sector
• Experience in a leadership or coordinating role is an advantage

• Strong customer and service orientation
• Organisational talent as well as leadership and communication skills
• Good IT user skills and confident handling of digital reporting systems
• Driving licence category B
