Who we are
The Breitenhof Centre includes a residential home for the elderly with around 95 residents with varying care and support needs, as well as a day care KitS for children and seniors.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for someone who will strengthen our care and support team with heart and humour as
Team Leader Care and Support
Workload 80-100%
What we are looking for you to do:
- Ensure the implementation of our performance goals in the group with around 30
beds - Responsibility for planning, organisational and leadership tasks
- Participation in direct care and support in a dynamic team consisting of 18 employees in total
- Assistance in the training of apprentices and students
- Review and optimisation of quality standards
- Professional electronic documentation (careCoach)
You suit us because you bring the following requirements:
- Training as a qualified nurse (HF or equivalent)
- Enjoyment of a varied and lively care and support daily routine
- Preferably several years of professional and leadership experience
- High personal responsibility, goal- and solution-oriented working style as well as
communicative organisational talent - Positive and friendly doer personality with social and professional competence
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Good IT user skills
