The position as Flex Assistant, 80% - 100% (m/f/d) in the Litigation and Arbitration team is ideal for committed and versatile personalities who are looking for an exciting challenge and want to develop both professionally and personally.
Your tasks:
- Administrative and organizational support of partners and lawyers in various specialist areas
- Independent correspondence in German and English with clients, authorities, and courts
- Creation, editing, and formatting of pleadings, contracts, and presentations
- Management and organization of appointment and travel management, including booking and billing of trips
- Independent processing of invoices, fee statements, and deadline monitoring
- Administrative tasks such as invoicing and conflict checks
- Planning and coordination of internal and external meetings as well as preparation of the necessary documents
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or relevant further education, ideally in a law firm or professional service area
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Proactive and independent working style with high initiative as well as enjoyment of varied activities in different secretariats
- Structured, precise, and independent working style
- Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (legal IT applications are an advantage)
