Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and support of residents according to individual needs
• Taking over nursing and medical-technical tasks within your competencies
• Support in daily activities as well as promotion of independence and quality of life
• Observation of health status and forwarding relevant information to the care team
• Maintaining a complete and professional care documentation
• Accompanying and supporting relatives in cooperation with the interdisciplinary team
• Active participation in ensuring a high quality of care and support

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in long-term care, acute care, rehabilitation or home care is an advantage
• Enjoyment in dealing with people as well as a high sense of responsibility
• Empathetic, resilient and appreciative personality
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• Team spirit, flexibility and high social competence
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
