Head of Quality Management 80-100% (m/f/d)
At the headquarters of our group in Frick, we are looking for a Head of Quality Management. The diverse suppliers and parts from our own production create an exciting field of action that we want to elevate to a new level with the global orientation of quality management. Exciting tasks await you!
Responsibilities:
- Leading the local quality assurance team
- Further development and implementation of the quality management system
- Development and implementation of quality standards
- Organization and participation in internal and external audits
- Involvement in quality controls and inspections
- Evaluation and management of testing and measuring equipment
- Introduction and further development of lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, or Value Stream Mapping to improve processes and workflows
- Co-designing processes in the area of customer complaint management
- Exchange with other production sites and sharing of "best practices"
- Close collaboration with the areas of production, R&D, and logistics
- Active participation in and implementation of the group-wide quality strategy
- Reporting to management
Requirements:
- Industrial basic training with further education or academic training (Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or comparable)
- At least five years of experience in leading teams in an industrial environment and experience in project management
- Professional experience in quality management or related fields
- Solid knowledge of relevant quality management standards and methods (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Management).
- Initiative, strong leadership, and implementation personality
- Willingness to actively accompany changes
- Very good German and good English skills (at least B2)
- Good ERP and PC skills
