Your tasks
You are responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical and electronic locking systems as well as RWA and DFA systems.
- You manage access controls as well as escape and rescue route technology and provide technical support to our customers on site.
- You analyse faults, carry out troubleshooting and emergency deployments and ensure a quick and professional solution.
- You provide on-call duty and are available to our customers for urgent technical problems.
- You conduct on-site surveys and thereby support the preparation of offers for RWA, DFA, locking systems, access controls as well as escape and rescue route technology.
- You assist our customers with technical questions and contribute your expertise to a reliable solution.
- You document your work and ensure a clean and reliable processing of service orders.
Your area of activity mainly covers the Upper Valais region.
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a metalworker, carpenter, electrician or a comparable technical education, experience in locking technology is an advantage
- Flair for IT and electronics and interest in technical contexts
- Good oral and written German skills
- You approach tasks and technical problems systematically, structured and solution-oriented
- You think in networks and keep an overview even in more complex situations
- An independent, flexible and precise way of working
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Friendly, confident and well-groomed appearance as well as enjoyment of teamwork
