SITE MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER LARGE CONSTRUCTION SITES / CONCRETE REPAIR

• Responsibility for construction sites & projects from the first contact with the client to the final invoice
• Schedule responsibility for the entire project
• Management of site managers and construction clerks
• Monitoring of work preparation (AVOR), measurement & billing including post-calculation & controlling
• Preparation of claims and negotiation thereof
• Conducting discussions with site management as well as negotiations with suppliers
• Close cooperation with clients, site managers, dispatch, subcontractors, joint venture partners, etc.
• Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety, quality and costs

• Completed basic training in the main construction trade with further training as a site manager, civil engineer, master builder or comparable
• Several years of experience in structural maintenance
• Proficient in handling IT programmes (MS Office, Baubit PRO)
• High sense of responsibility as well as independent & strong leadership personality
• Convincing appearance and assertiveness
