About the job
- You accompany and support our patients in the admission and emergency ward 50+ during the night, empathetically, attentively and individually, for example with sleep-promoting measures.
- Needs- and resource-oriented advice is close to your heart, so that every patient is optimally cared for.
- In the team, you master even complex situations confidently and find quick and safe solutions together.
- You carry out patient admissions together with the medical specialist and reliably record all relevant events as well as your services.
- At night, you ensure the smooth running and maintenance of the ward.
- If necessary, you also take on shifts during the day and bring your experience to bear profitably there.
- You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH (for foreign qualifications, recognition or a positive pre-check by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
- You ideally have professional experience in long-term care or psychiatry, preferably in gerontopsychiatry, or you are curious to deepen your knowledge in this exciting field.
- You have already completed the basic course in aggression management.
- Social skills, resilience and the ability to work independently and responsibly characterise you. At the same time, you enjoy working interdisciplinarily in a team.
- Very good German skills at least at C1 level as well as secure IT skills facilitate your administrative tasks.
