Senior Manager FS Banking (m/f/d)
Mission
- Leading and conducting financial, statutory and prudential audits of various types of banks, securities firms, FINTECH companies, asset managers, and preparing detailed and prudential audit reports for supervisory authorities and boards of directors
- Leading and conducting internal audit assignments at banks
- Advising on banking law, risk management and control, implementation of Basel III, application of accounting standards (PCB - FINMA, Code of Obligations) and implementation of internal control systems for financial intermediaries
- Leading and conducting special mandates, such as investigation/audit mandates by FINMA
- Leading and conducting internal projects within the development of the Financial Services product line (development of procedures, standard documents, working tools; development of expertise in cryptocurrencies and ICOs)
- Planning work, managing budgets and supervising audit teams on various mandates
- Managing client relationships.
- Organising continuing education for employees through various internal seminars
- Active participation in prospecting and developing the Financial Services department
Profile
- Certified accountant with at least 8 years of experience in Financial Services audit in the banking sector (under the responsibility of a banking auditor in Switzerland)
- Ideally, banking licence (registered with ASR)
- Affinity with "middle CAP" clients, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to advise and argue diplomatically while ensuring transparent, assertive and solution-oriented communication
- Native French speaker, fluent communication in English (equivalent to C1)
- Ability to coach more junior roles
- Strong team spirit, willingness to achieve common goals and actively contribute to a positive dynamic
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in parallel, to prioritise, decide and focus on essentials
