How can employers utilise the domestic labour potential? How does professional personnel placement succeed within the framework of the job reporting obligation? The Job Reporting Centre (SMZ) takes on exactly this task as the public employment service in the Canton of Zurich and places job seekers registered with the RAV into reportable vacancies.
To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. The workplace is located in the Leonardo Zurich North office building.

Your tasks:
- Checking and publishing job reports
- Advising employers regarding the job reporting obligation
- Offering placement services according to the guidelines of the Job Reporting Centre and the needs of employers
- Placing job seekers while observing the legally prescribed deadlines
- Receiving and processing feedback from employers
- Customer relationship management for employers
- Data entry, processing and archiving
- Close cooperation and coordination with the RAV of the Canton of Zurich
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship EFZ and several years of professional experience in the gastronomy, technical or construction sector
- Experience in personnel placement and knowledge of the Zurich labour market advantageous
- Precise working method, confident handling of time pressure and efficiency in administration
- Organisational skills
- Convincing and appropriate communication skills as well as strong sales skills on the phone
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, additional languages advantageous
- Reliability and a healthy sense of humour
