WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

• Strategic consulting: You support our clients in the digital evolution of their key processes and design integration solutions that create lasting value. You combine strategic thinking with technical excellence.
• Solution design and architecture: You analyse business and technical requirements and design scalable integration and API architectures based on the MuleSoft Anypoint platform.
• Requirements management: You translate business needs into solid technical concepts and smoothly coordinate exchanges between business departments, IT, and other stakeholders.
• API and integration strategy: You develop modern API and integration concepts, define best practices, and contribute to establishing sustainable integration environments.
• Prototyping and innovation: You design and create demonstrations and Proofs of Concept, evaluate new technologies, and quickly make innovative approaches tangible.
• Project responsibility: You take on responsibilities in integration projects – both functionally and organisationally – lead sub-projects or teams, and ensure successful implementation.
• MuleSoft development: You support developers in implementing and maintaining MuleSoft integration solutions. You ensure code quality, compliance with security standards, and best practices.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• Education and qualifications: You hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in integration and technologies: You have at least seven years of experience in integration and several years of practical experience in Java. You are also proficient in JSON, XML, as well as REST and SOAP interfaces.
• MuleSoft expertise: You have at least three years of experience with MuleSoft and master integration and API architectures such as API, EAI, ETL, or ESB in complex projects.
• Industry knowledge: Experience in the banking sector is an advantage.
• Stakeholder management: You are comfortable interacting with various interlocutors and communicate effectively with diverse client profiles, up to senior management and C-Level.
• Certifications: You hold relevant MuleSoft certifications.
• Architecture and methodology skills: You have an end-to-end view of processes, analyse needs in a structured way, and develop sustainable integration solutions with a solid architectural approach.
• Personality and working method: You stand out for your client orientation, sense of responsibility, and a proactive, eager-to-learn personality. Team spirit and openness to new tasks are among your qualities. You are passionate about new technologies and actively share your expertise in client projects and within the team.
• Languages: You have excellent knowledge of German and a good level of English.
• Mobility: You are willing to travel throughout Switzerland.
