Caseworker: Unemployment Fund, 80–100%
Your responsibilities
You are the contact person for insured individuals, employers, authorities, and regional employment agencies. In your work, you will review and process incoming applications for benefits. You are also responsible for calculating and disbursing insurance benefits and issuing decisions. You will provide competent and service-oriented advice to our clients and partners in the AVIG enforcement.
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training (with E-profile) or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
- Experience in demanding case processing, preferably in the private or social insurance sector
- Proficient in MS Office
- Independent, resilient, and decisive personality with a structured working style
- In addition to fluent German in spoken and written form, knowledge of foreign languages is desired.
