Head of Online Sales & After Sales 100% (m/f)

In this key position, you take overall responsibility for the "Online Sales & After Sales" area in Swiss agricultural technology with around 20 employees, including budget and results responsibility. This includes the following tasks:

• Development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy in line with the corporate strategy
• Strategic development and process optimisation within the entire area
• Further development and optimisation of direct and indirect sales channels within the framework of active multi-channel management
• Development, introduction and marketing of new products and services in close cooperation with marketing
• Responsibility for the active sales and pricing of after-sales services as well as planning and implementation of sales-promoting measures throughout Switzerland
• Leadership, coaching and development of employees in professional and personal areas
• Active participation in overall corporate topics as a member of senior management
• Travel activity of 30-40% within Switzerland and Europe

• Technical and/or commercial basic training with advanced education (HF, FH, university or ETH)
• Experience preferably in construction, agricultural machinery or forestry technology
• Several years of leadership experience in the aftersales business of capital goods
• Very good business management knowledge (budgeting, processes, KPIs)
• Good communication skills and high social competence
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications as well as experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge of the other national language as well as good English skills
