We are looking for a

Deputy Ward Manager

Your new tasks:

You are the right hand of the ward manager and take over their tasks in their absence

You actively shape the daily ward routine and contribute your ideas to optimize processes

You accompany and promote employees through professional coaching and targeted further development

You live our philosophy of Lean Management

You ensure professional and patient-oriented care for acute and rehabilitation patients

You bring with you:

Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification

First leadership experience or a strong motivation to take on this role

Interest in Lean Management

Enjoyment in guiding, promoting, and developing employees and trainees

Organizational skills, initiative, and a high sense of responsibility

Strong communication skills and a respectful approach to patients and the team
