• You take on the individual and professional care and support of our clients in their familiar home environment.
• You independently and competently carry out basic and treatment care.
• You assess the health status of our clients, recognise changes early and initiate appropriate nursing measures.
• You plan, coordinate and document care taking into account individual needs.
• You promote the independence and quality of life of our clients and advise them and their relatives.
• You work closely with our nursing team and other involved professionals.
• Your professional and empathetic manner ensures safety, trust and well-being.

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Enjoyment in independently caring for and supporting elderly and dependent people
• A warm, empathetic and reliable personality
• High sense of responsibility, professional competence and careful working style
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different assignments
• Good German language skills
• Driving licence and own car
• Team spirit and enjoyment in dealing with people
