What you will achieve

• Setting up, controlling, operating and monitoring production and packaging systems
• Producing various doughs
• Quality control of the produced products
• Identifying problems and ensuring troubleshooting
• Optimising processes and systems as part of our continuous improvement processes
• Adhering to safety, hygiene and quality regulations
• Active participation in production during early, late and night shifts
• Training apprentices in the area of responsibility
• General cleaning tasks

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Food technologist, baker, confectioner, cook or similar (EBA also possible)
• Professional experience: Experience as a system operator is an advantage
• Clean, precise and efficient working style
• Flexibility as well as physical and mental resilience
• Reliable, team-oriented, responsible and independent personality
• Advanced technical understanding
• German (B1)
