- You lead and support a team of around 20 employees, coach the team members, and collaborate with the specialist coaches
- You ensure the sustainable development of employees according to personal and company goals as well as future requirements
- As a People Leader, you keep the big picture in mind, regularly conduct performance reviews, promote culture and collaboration, and are responsible for accompanying and implementing change
- In rotation with the other "People Developers," you are responsible for the operational daily business, prioritize, plan and manage resources and campaigns, actively monitor performance, and initiate optimizations if necessary
- Administrative and organizational tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and team meetings are a relevant part of your role
