To complement our team at our General Agency Aargau and to provide our customers with high-quality services, we are looking for a customer support employee. The locations Zofingen and Reinach AG represent an important hub in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and are not only the contact point for our customers regarding insurance coverage questions but also partners of various well-known brokers in the region.
The following diverse tasks await you:
- Creating quotes in the areas of non-life and private pension
- Opening claims and handling minor damages
- Active collaboration with our field staff
- Direct customer contact by phone and at the counter
This is what sets you apart:
- Commercial training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support at a multi-line insurer
- A VBV certification or industry-specific further training (e.g., professional certificate) is an advantage
- Strong service orientation with a structured and efficient working style
- Independent, reliable, and balanced personality
- Organizational talent
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- French skills and other languages are an advantage
