• Collaboration in various teams during assignments in the branches of your residential region as well as in the Hard business building
• Getting to know current and relevant banking topics – with a focus on basic, investment and financing business
• Applying the acquired knowledge in direct customer contact as well as in process handling
• Participation in training sessions and internal events to further develop your personal, social and methodological skills
• Attending inter-company courses at CYP (Challenge Your Potential) to acquire solid banking expertise

• Completion of secondary school with an average grade of 4.625 (Sek A) or 5.25 (Sek B) in the main subjects (Mathematics without geometry, German, English, French)*
• Good Multicheck in Economics and Administration – evaluation as commercial clerk
• You are enthusiastic about the financial world and enjoy working with Office programmes
• You enjoy learning new things and making a difference
• You like to communicate, are open-minded and enjoy working with others
• Required application documents: application/motivation letter, CV, all four secondary school reports, Multicheck Economics and Administration, secondary school assessment (Stellwerk test, Check S2 or similar)
