Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF 80-100% (m/f/d)

• You plan and carry out nursing measures (including wound care and blood sampling), work closely with patients and support them comprehensively in their daily lives. In doing so, you also take on social work and social pedagogical tasks.

• Together with people from various professional groups, you conduct opioid agonist therapies (including heroin-assisted treatments) in a safe environment and under hygienic conditions.

• You work as case management (key worker system) closely with partner organisations, social services, legal guardians as well as with relatives.

• You are interested in actively participating in new projects and contributing your expertise.

• Completed studies as a nursing specialist HF/FH - with experience in the psychiatric field (or great interest in contributing here).

• Very good German language skills are essential to build trusting relationships.

• You are proactive, flexible and willing to get involved where necessary. At the same time, you also enjoy developing structures and improving things in the long term.
