Working Student CRM 40-50% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You support our team as a working student in operational activities in the area of Sales Operations and work closely at the interface with Account Management and Sales.
• You contribute to the introduction of new functionalities in our cloud-based CRM system and support the team in successful implementation.
• You carefully maintain our CRM systems by recording and updating customer data, continuously ensuring data quality, and creating target group segmentations for marketing campaigns.
• You support the MSC team in creating training materials and additionally engage in sales activities as well as projects of the CRM team.

Your profile and skills:

· Your work is characterised by an analytical mindset.

· You are used to working independently, structured and precisely.

· You are communicative, proactive and take initiative.

· You speak fluent German and have very good English skills.

Your qualifications and experience:

· You have recently started your studies in Business Informatics or Business Administration.

· You can guarantee regular work with a weekly workload of 40-50% for the duration of your studies.

· You have a strong affinity for numbers and IT technologies.· You have very good Power BI skills.
