Shape the future with us! As part of our dedicated legal team of the Department Secretariat of the Health and Social Department, you contribute your legal expertise, take on responsibility and help shape the social and health system of our canton - with foresight, heart and commitment.

Your tasks

You independently instruct administrative procedures and draft decisions, especially in the social sector.
You represent the canton in court proceedings.
As a competent contact person, you advise the department management and the offices of the Health and Social Department on legal issues.
You provide third parties with legal information on various legal questions.
You contribute your expertise to the drafting of laws, ordinances and messages.

Your profile

You have a completed degree in law. A lawyer's licence is an advantage.
Experience in public procedural law and enjoyment in drafting decisions are ideally already part of your background.
Your interest lies in social law, especially social assistance law, and you enjoy engaging with socially relevant issues.
With very good analytical and editorial skills, you quickly grasp complex matters and express them precisely and clearly.
You have experience in dealing with artificial intelligence.
In dealing with parties involved in procedures as well as with municipal and cantonal authorities, you impress with your professional and solution-oriented manner.
As a resilient personality, you enjoy working independently as well as in a team.
