YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Analysis and optimization of systems and vehicles regarding reliability, availability, maintenance intervals, and maintenance activities
- Improvement of life cycle costs (LCC) through targeted measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs over the entire service life
- Definition and specification of maintenance-friendly system designs, including minimum maintenance intervals and maximum allowable maintenance effort
- Setting requirements for reliability, failure rates, and maintainability of systems
- Supporting procurement and project management in negotiating technical requirements with suppliers
- Creating maintenance plans based on supplier specifications as well as own technical analyses
- Optimizing systems with regard to CBM (Condition-Based Monitoring) and Predictive Maintenance to detect and prevent failures early
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle technology, traffic engineering, aviation, or comparable professional experience
- Enjoyment in analyzing technical data and motivation to further develop innovative approaches such as Condition-Based Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance
- Experience with RAM/LCC topics as well as methods like FMEA or FTA is an advantage
- Teamwork skills and enjoyment in collaborating in interdisciplinary project teams
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are a plus
