• With a technical education,
• At least 3 years of experience in a property management company, a Facility Management structure or in construction project management,
• Experience in technical management of buildings or sites,
• Good knowledge in Facility Management, building technology and energy,
• Experience in work supervision and coordination of contractors,
• Organised and with a sense of analysis and anticipation,
• Autonomous, responsible, comfortable managing priorities and proactive,
• Good interpersonal skills, customer service oriented,
• Comfortable with common IT tools,
• Native French speaker, knowledge of English is an asset.

Your main responsibilities :

• Technical management of an institutional real estate portfolio composed of commercial and industrial buildings,
• Supervision and coordination of maintenance, renovation and rental fit-out works respecting budgets and deadlines,
• Preparation, monitoring and presentation of maintenance and investment budgets,
• Contribution to the definition and implementation of maintenance and asset enhancement strategies,
• Conducting tenders, negotiating services and monitoring agents and external companies,
• Management and monitoring of maintenance, cleaning, security contracts and other technical services,
• Management of claims and coordination of necessary interventions,
• Monitoring energy consumption and identifying opportunities for technical and financial optimisation,
• Control of heating and ancillary charges statements as well as participation in optimising operating costs,
• Management of technical aspects related to commercial leases, notably technical descriptions and interfaces of rental fit-outs,
• Carrying out entry, exit and preliminary condition reports of rental areas,
• Establishing regular reporting and formulating technical recommendations for owners,
• Advising and assisting tenants with technical issues,
• Supporting the Portfolio Manager in all technical and construction aspects of the managed assets.
