The Blécherette nursing home, located in the Plaines-du-Loup eco-district in Lausanne, is looking for a
head nurse at 100%

Your mission:
- Ensure a clinical and managerial reference role aimed at promoting personalised care, as well as developing a positive team dynamic focused on mobilising the skills of each individual
- Encourage the continuous improvement of clinical practices with internal and external stakeholders
- Deploy a motivating leadership aimed at encouraging autonomy and the taking of individual and collective responsibilities
- Create effective and positive working relationships with all interlocutors, based on trust and cooperation
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (HES or equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross)
- Postgraduate training in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics or palliative care and several years of experience
- CAS in management or a recognised training of equivalent level
- Clinical, organisational and managerial skills applied for at least 10 years in an environment centred on elderly people
- Proficiency in common computer tools
- Willingness to engage in a dynamic of development both of skills and autonomy of professionals
- Interpersonal skills demonstrated by active listening and the development of trusting relationships, ability to reflect with an aptitude to analyse one’s practice and learn from experience, ease in interdisciplinary exchanges aimed at collaborative decision-making
