dahlia oberaargau ag is a company of the Lebensart Foundation. At the four locations Herzogenbuchsee, Niederbipp, Wiedlisbach and Attiswil, we offer around 270 places for people with care and support needs as well as disabilities.
You are a central part of our team and actively contribute to ensuring that our house runs smoothly and efficiently.
Maintenance Specialist with Experience in Groundskeeping
YOUR TASKS- As an all-rounder, you work across departments in building services and groundskeeping
- You ensure the smooth technical operation of our institution and carry out repairs or coordinate external craftsmen
- To keep track of our facilities, you document maintenance, repairs and acquisitions
- As we operate 24/7, you take turns on the on-call duty. We require a maximum travel time of 30 minutes for this.
- You maintain the green areas of our facility and assist with planting flower beds and gardens
- You undertake seasonal tasks in our extensive outdoor area (mowing lawns, removing leaves, trimming shrubs, weeding, clearing snow)
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed vocational training in a manual trade with experience in outdoor facility maintenance or vocational training as a gardener with experience in building services systems
- You are a team player and equally appreciate teamwork and working independently
- You are a communicative, open, can-do type
- You are physically resilient and keep a cool head even in demanding phases
- You maintain a considerate and calm approach to people with disabilities and the elderly
