As part of several retirements planned between November 2026 and March 2027 within the Hygiene and Cleaning sector, located in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, we are looking for:
Concierge Employee (M/F/X) – Permanent Contract 20% to 80%
Your profile
- Proven experience with certified training in the maintenance of shared accommodation and office premises.
- Mastery of the use of professional products, the colour code system as well as cleaning machines, notably the scrubber dryer.
- Ease with administrative tasks and the use of IT tools (emails), notably a tablet used daily for quality controls.
- Good interpersonal skills, a strong sense of organisation and discretion.
- Openness, sensitivity and ease in contact with people with intellectual disabilities (an asset).
- An interest in manual work as well as a sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility in time management, ability to prioritise, a service-oriented attitude and good team spirit.
- Fluency in French is essential.
- Availability for replacements beyond the fixed contract.
- Residence within a maximum of 30 minutes from the Vernand Centre in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne.
