The Cantonal Social Insurance Institution (ECAS) is an autonomous public law institution that administers and coordinates the activities of the Compensation Fund of the Canton of Fribourg, those of the Cantonal Disability Insurance Office, as well as the Central Services. It thus constitutes a unique centre of expertise in first pillar social insurance for insured persons and companies in the Canton of Fribourg.

Your missions
Within the "REA Youth" section of the Cantonal Disability Insurance Office of ECAS:
- The "Youth" case manager is responsible for processing disability insurance applications for minors with health impairments, in close collaboration with internal partners (rehabilitation advisers, lawyers, SMR doctors) and external partners (schools, training environments, medical partners)
- They process and support the application and coordinate benefits specifically developed for young people within the ongoing development of disability insurance (early detection and intervention measures, etc.) up to the assessment of pension entitlement
- They are also the main contact person for cantonal networks (school, guidance service, hospital, etc.), where they provide advice on disability matters
Desired profile
- University of Applied Sciences degree or federal diploma in social sciences, health, case management, or equivalent training
- Knowledge in the fields of schooling, vocational training and/or health
- Recognised professional experience in social insurance or in the administrative and social support of persons
- Organised, proactive person with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinarily
- Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language (spoken/written)
