VIVIVA Baar AG is a non-profit retirement centre with around 210 employees at two central locations in Baar. We combine quality care with humanity – professional, regionally rooted and with heart.
To complement our dedicated nursing team, we are looking for a motivated Registered Nurse HF (female) / Registered Nurse HF (male) to start immediately or by arrangement, who cares for and supports our residents with expertise and empathy.
Your Tasks
- Professional care and support of our residents according to current standards
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process
- Taking over medical-technical procedures and responsibility for the nursing documentation
- Contact person for relatives, doctors and other professionals
- Guidance and support of trainees and students as well as support of the team in complex care situations
- Active participation in quality and development processes
What You Bring
- Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Sense of responsibility, independence and organisational skills
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and appreciative communication
- Resilience and flexibility in shift work
- Willingness to continuously develop personally, professionally and methodically
- Very good German language skills spoken and written
