Job Description

• You will be responsible for welcoming and directing patients upon their arrival.
• You will efficiently manage incoming telephone calls.
• Your mission will be to respond promptly and effectively to requests from patients, staff, and external visitors.
• You will also be responsible for handling patients’ administrative admissions and carefully monitoring their files.

Qualifications

• For this position, you must have a CFC qualification as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification.
• You have prior experience in a similar field.
• Additionally, proficiency in common IT tools is required. Interpersonal and social skills, as well as a sense of responsibility and professional awareness, are essential to succeed in this role.
• You have an open, dynamic, and communicative personality.
• Furthermore, the ability to take initiative, adapt easily, work independently, and integrate quickly into a team are sought-after skills.
• Knowledge of the German language is mandatory for this position
