Your tasks

• Development, planning and implementation of content for our social media channels
• Production of photo and video content at shoots, events and in our production
• Editing videos and preparing them for various platforms (Reels, Stories, TikTok etc.)
• Maintenance and further development of our social media channels
• Editorial planning and community management
• Writing captions and other texts
• Monitoring trends, platforms and algorithms as well as contributing new ideas
• Supporting the development of creative content formats

What you bring

• Experience in content creation for social media
• Confident handling of camera and/or smartphone as well as a sense for image composition
• Experience in video editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar programmes)
• Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Co. and their algorithms
• Enjoyment in writing and storytelling
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Creativity, initiative and a good eye for design and aesthetics
• Openness to AI tools and digital workflows

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design or simple animations
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator or After Effects)
• Photography or drone knowledge
