About the job
The Blumenfeld Zuchwil Foundation is known for its warmth and offers 86 residents who require care and support a "home." Three openly managed residential groups, including one residential group for short-term stays with 16 single rooms as well as a gerontopsychiatric residential group, in which we also care for day guests, complete our care and support services.
To complement the gerontopsychiatric residential group with 22 residents suffering from dementia or mental illness, we are looking for a committed and reliable person starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement:
Dipl. Nurse HF as Deputy Residential Group Manager
Workload 70% - 100%
Your tasks:
- Deputizing for the residential area management
- Individual, holistic care and support
- In addition to your leadership duties, you actively participate in nursing to ensure quality and support the team
- Practical guidance of apprentices and students in collaboration with the nursing education coordinator
- Assuming daily responsibility and house management
- Professional support of subordinate staff
- Responsible for implementing the nursing process and primary nursing
- Ensuring complete, professional, and detailed nursing documentation (easyDOK)
- Recognizing and managing emergency situations, independently initiating appropriate measures
- Co-responsible for recording nursing workload with interRAI LTCF
Your profile:
- Qualification as a certified nurse HF with practical experience
- Completed further training in leadership or interest in doing so
- Knowledge and experience with interRAI LTCF are an advantage
- Open, resilient, and highly organized personality
- You are a team player with strong social skills
- You have good verbal and written communication skills
- Your ability for holistic and interconnected thinking is evident in daily work
