We offer professional services in the areas of maintenance, specialised, office and apartment cleaning as well as facility management. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Team Leader Facility Management and Garden Maintenance (100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent execution of agreed facility management, cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Garden work and care of outdoor areas, especially lawn mowing, weed removal, leaf clearing as well as hedge and shrub trimming.
• Regular inspection of properties and technical facilities as well as reporting of defects and damages.
• Taking over on-call duty according to the deployment plan and handling urgent malfunctions within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Planning your own assignments according to service specifications and agreed execution rhythms.
• Documentation of completed and outstanding work as well as complete digital time recording.
• Coordination, task distribution and professional guidance of employees
• Careful handling of equipment, materials, vehicles and keys as well as compliance with safety regulations.

Your profile

• Practical experience in facility management, operational maintenance or property management.
• Experience in garden work and handling of the corresponding machines and equipment.
• Manual dexterity and basic technical understanding.
• Independent, structured and reliable working style.
• Ability to set priorities and recognise support needs early.
• Ability to give clear work instructions and monitor their execution.
• Willingness to take on on-call duties according to agreed arrangements.
• German language skills for customer conversations, work instructions and written reports.
• Confident handling of smartphone, time recording app and digital checklists.
• Driving licence category B.
• Training as a specialist in operational maintenance or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
