Your Responsibilities

As a Mandate Manager Fiduciary, you will take on a central professional role in mandate management and support the care of a mandate portfolio in close collaboration with internal contacts.

• Professional leadership and handling of fiduciary mandates (SMEs, start-ups, sole proprietorships) 
• Financial and payroll accounting 
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements 
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons 
• VAT accounting and consulting 
• Professional support in business, financial, and tax matters 
• Coordination and collaboration with internal contacts, authorities, auditors, and external partners 
• Participation in the further development of internal processes and digitalisation 

Your Profile

• Further education in the fiduciary field (fiduciary with a federal diploma or in training is mandatory) 
• Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services
• Confident in preparing interim and annual financial statements according to CO 
• Very good knowledge of accounting, tax law, and VAT 
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style 
• High quality standards and strong affinity for numbers 
• Entrepreneurial thinking 
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form (additional languages are an advantage) 
• Confident use of common fiduciary and accounting software, especially Abacus, as well as MS Office
