The Golf Kyburg facilities are part of the European quality community "Leading Golf Courses." Golf Kyburg is located with its 18-hole championship course between Zurich and Winterthur, just a few minutes from the Effretikon motorway exit. Over 25 employees work for around 700 members and many guests. Our restaurant La Gloria covers a wide range from à la carte cuisine to banquets for up to 120 people.To strengthen our team, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as:

Your tasks
- Goal-oriented management of the entire gastronomy team
- Creation of the entire à la carte and banquet offer in cooperation with the head chef
- Purchasing and ordering
- Planning, organizing, and conducting all banquets and active selling of events
- Pampering demanding customers with first-class kitchen and service performance
Your profile
- Completed training in gastronomy as well as a diploma from a recognized hotel management school or equivalent training (e.g., as F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, Banquet Manager)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in upscale gastronomy
- Organizational talent, high sense of responsibility, good communication skills
- Flexible, resilient, reliable, high commitment
