About the job

• Welcoming, accompanying, and personally, warmly, and discreetly caring for our international guests in the medical area

• Coordinating appointments, treatments, and processes between guests, doctors, therapists, nursing staff, clinic, front office, spa, housekeeping, and other hotel departments

• Reliably handling administrative tasks such as correspondence, reports, letters, documentation, and the careful maintenance of the respective systems

• Accurately and carefully billing medical services

• Carefully performing HBOT treatments, InBody measurements, as well as minor medical tasks such as occasional dressing changes and ECGs

• Actively ensuring clear, appreciative, and solution-oriented communication across departmental boundaries in everyday work

• A strong service orientation and enjoyment in personally caring for international guests

• Good PC user skills, confident handling of Microsoft Office, and ideally knowledge of medical billing with TARDOC

• An independent, structured, and careful working style as well as enjoyment of coordinative tasks and interdisciplinary collaboration

• A professional, well-groomed, and reliable appearance as well as discretion, empathy, resilience, and commitment

• Fluent German and good English skills

• Willingness to occasionally work on public holidays and flexibility for special operational requirements
