Company Description
The School Office of the Liechtenstein National Administration (www.sa.llv.li) is responsible for the planning, maintenance and further development of the school operations of all public schools as well as the supervision of private schools in Liechtenstein and supports the government in the supervision of higher education institutions. We are responsible for preparing government matters as well as developing legal and planning bases, supporting schools with various services and taking on tasks in regional and international cooperation.
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Responsibility for the entire personnel administration (school and teaching staff)
- Managing the financial and accounting operations of the School Office
- Creating, coordinating and monitoring the budget process as well as cost controlling
- Participation in HR projects to further develop processes
- Proactive collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
You are particularly characterised for this position by:
- University of applied sciences degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on finance and accounting, personnel management or payroll
- Professional and leadership experience in finance and accounting as well as budgeting and controlling
- Sound knowledge in payroll administration; experience with Abacus is an advantage
- Strong numerical aptitude and high IT affinity
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High service orientation as well as pronounced communication skills
