The centre in Schinznach, focused on musculoskeletal, geriatric and internal medicine rehabilitation, offers both inpatient and outpatient services. Around 123 beds are available to patients in all insurance classes.

Workload

80% - 100%, with 20% vocational training component

The following tasks await you:

• Professional care and support of internal medicine patients with complex medical conditions
• Responsible for diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive nursing measures
• Independent planning, implementation, monitoring and adjustment of the nursing process
• Close collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Independent work as group leader
• Participation in meetings

 

Your tasks as a vocational trainer:

• Accompanying and supporting trainees of various levels (HF, FaGe + AGS) according to educational guidelines and training concept
• Regular professional exchange regarding the educational status of assigned trainees with the ward management and the entire team
• Conducting progress discussions
• Conducting competency assessments for trainees and holding professional discussions with HF students

• Completed training as a qualified nurse
• Initial professional experience in rehabilitation nursing or acute hospital, preferably in the internal medicine field
• Good and proven knowledge in medical technology
• Experience in mentoring apprentices and students
• Completed SVEB 1 further training or willingness to complete it soon
• Reliable and independent working style with a high willingness to learn
• Strong social skills, team and communication abilities
• High service and customer orientation
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary treatment process
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
