About the job
We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Your tasks
- Support in personnel administration from entry to exit
- Assistance in application management and correspondence
- Preparation of employment contracts, confirmations and other HR documents
- Maintenance and management of personnel data in the HR system
- Support in organising the onboarding of new employees
- General administrative tasks and support of the HR team
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, A-levels or secondary school leaving certificate
- Interest in Human Resources and administrative activities
- Independent, reliable and careful working style
- Enjoyment in contact with people as well as a strong service orientation
- Good MS Office skills and confident German in spoken and written form
- Discretion, teamwork and sense of responsibility
