Team Leader Network Planning (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating the team for the planning of distribution networks
- Responsible for the design and development of electrical distribution networks
- Ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Technical support for complex network projects and problem-solving in challenges
- Collaboration with various departments, engineers, and external partners
- Continuous optimisation of processes and implementation of best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Experience in leading teams or projects, ideally in the field of distribution networks
- Solid knowledge of SAP-EAM or comparable systems
- Familiarity with planning tools for distribution networks and power supply systems
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and lead teams effectively
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
