Property Manager with Federal Diploma (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 125,000Role:
You are looking for a challenge where you can professionally manage properties and take on responsibility. In this role, you will take on an independent and versatile task with responsibility and work in direct exchange with owners, tenants, and specialist partners. You are responsible for your own projects and have short communication lines within a committed team. A modern IT work environment and advanced digital processes support you in your work. You have the opportunity to continue your education and receive personal development.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for an attractive property portfolio
- You organise viewings, handovers, and returns
- You coordinate maintenance and repairs
- You plan budgets and check invoices
- You maintain direct contact with owners, tenants, authorities, and specialist partners
- You provide professional guidance to a clerk
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial education and hold the federal diploma as a property manager
- You have several years of experience in property management
- You possess sound knowledge of tenancy law and property maintenance
- You present yourself confidently, negotiate skilfully, and communicate reliably
- You are well organised, quality-conscious, and service-oriented
- You communicate fluently in German and English with a confident style
