To strengthen our team of vehicle experts, we are looking for a Team Leader / Auto Expert German-speaking Switzerland who actively contributes to the leadership and further development of the team as well as to shaping an agile, digital, and customer-oriented organisation, all within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

We are basically flexible regarding the location in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. At the same time, it would be desirable for the person to be regularly present on-site in our premises in Wankdorf.

• Supporting and assisting your team with operational challenges

• Continuous optimisation of processes and working methods
• Participation in cross-departmental projects in the areas of organisation, digitalisation, and innovation

• Supporting and further developing junior staff in the field of vehicle expertise

• Higher education in the automotive sector
• Native German speaker with good knowledge of French
