Training
The 3-year training is completed with the Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence as a Specialist in Facility Management EFZ.
Area of responsibility
- Maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of buildings, operational areas and green spaces
- Various maintenance, inspection and cleaning tasks
- Monitoring of building services
- Maintenance of machines and minor repairs
- Waste management
- Occupational safety and operational organisation
Requirements
- Completed compulsory schooling, language level at least B1
- Multicheck if no Swiss school certificates are available
- Interest in organisational and planning tasks
- Flexibility and reliability
- Manual dexterity
- Quick comprehension
- Good manners
- Team spirit
