Contract type: Permanent contract, full-time (40 hours per week)
Are you ready to take responsibility for the development of complex mechatronic systems? Then help us design forward-looking actuator solutions – from the idea to implementation in the overall system.
Your tasks:
- Holistic coordination of product development for electromechanical actuators according to the V-model
- Superordinate instance overseeing all processes in the product lifecycle such as conception, manufacturing, operation, and recycling
- Development, analysis, validation, and specification of requirements (Requirement Engineering & Breakdown)
- Assessment of feasibility, identification of risk paths, and estimation of technical risks
- Conceptualization and analysis of system architecture as well as development of technical solution concepts
- Creation of technical documentation
- Development of test plans, test procedures, and test reports for verification of requirements
- Accompanying safety-critical processes according to SAE ARP 4761 (e.g., FMECA, FTA, reliability analyses)
- Presentation of development results to internal and external contacts
Your profile:
- Completed studies in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or aerospace engineering (Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc., M.Eng.) or a comparable degree
- Advanced process knowledge for development according to the V-model (e.g., SAE ARP 4754)
- Knowledge of specific standards (e.g., DO-160 and MIL-STD-810)
- Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., Siemens Polarion)
- Basic knowledge in technical mechanics, gearbox technology, and tribology
- Good knowledge in mechatronics and electrical engineering, especially motors and feedback systems
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Good IT skills (MS Office, MATLAB)
- Analytical skills, conceptual thinking, high technical understanding, and independence
